Alumni Retreat: catch up with friends you worked at camp with!

Big Lake’s Staff Alumni Weekend, August 28-30, 2026, celebrates the amazing people that have built the essence of Big Lake for the past 64 years. This Friday-Sunday gathering will feature music, worship, story-telling and a special presentation about a major expansion to camp! Enjoy singing the meal songs, enjoying the new lodge and celebrating what God is doing through this ministry. You are welcome to bring your families. If a day visit is all the time you have– please sign up so we can plan meals accordingly. Come and be prepared to see lots of friends from over the decades!

Registration Options

All of our lodging spaces, except for Hillside and tent spaces, have steps or stairs to access. All lodgers ages 10 and under will be free for all lodging spaces.

No Lodging or Meals – just visiting

  • No fees, but we do ask that you register so we can know how to plan for each day

Selected Meals – No Lodging

  • $12 per meal, will need to specify which meal and which day

Single Female or Male Lodgers

  • Will be housed in bunk-style beds in a large cabin in either the boy’s or girl’s village

Tent Spaces – Bring your own tent (Max 3 ppl)

  • Located in the girl’s village on a flat bed of wood chips
  • Shared bathrooms and showers in the girl’s village
