Who We Are

Since 1962, the Oregon Conference of Seventh-day Adventists has owned and operated Big Lake Youth Camp in the high alpine cascade mountain range. We have been empowering youth ages 7-17 without regard to race, religion, or political views. Big Lake strives to operate professionally and is held accountable for this goal through its memberships in the Association of Adventist Camp Professionals (AACP) and Christian Camp & Conference Association (CCCA) and through its accreditation by the American Camp Association (ACA).
We are located in the Willamette National Forest and operate under a special use permit granted by the USDA Forest Service. Big Lake Youth Camp provides equal-opportunity recreation services.
